Kisutu Resident Magistrate’s Court warned Video Vixen Agness Masogange,for coming late to attend her narcotic drugs abuse case she is facing.
Resident
Magistrate's Court judge has postponed the case of drugs facing artist Agnes
Gerald popular as Masogange after not attending the court proceedings.
The
case which was mentioned for the first time before a judge resident Magistrate
Counsel attorney Wilbard Adolf carefully said that the defendant is facing two
charges of drug abuse and Oxazepham kind of Heroin.
He
explained that the accused is alleged that between February 7 and 14, 2017 in
unknown locations in the city of Dar es Salaam had used drugs kind of Heroin
(Diacety Imophine) and February 7 and 14, 2017 he used drugs kind of Oxazepam.
The
defendant is accused of making mistakes that under section 18 (a) of the Act to
combat drugs No. 5 of 2015 and that the trial detective still incomplete
despite the absence of the defendant before the court.
However
attorney of Masogange, Nictogen Itege excuse presented before the court on his
client's absence.
Despite
this explanation Magistrate Counsel wanted the defendant to respect the terms
of the court and the case was adjourned until April 20 this year the accused is
out on bail.
