Mayor of Ubungo takes Makonda to ethics committee

The Ubungo Municipal Council  Mayor,Boniface Jacob has filed a complaint with the ethics committee .

He is accusing the Dar es Salaam RC of using forged certificates, owning properties that need to be accounted for and going against leadership code of conduct.
